Making sure you have enough ventilation will keep your space fresh and will protect surfaces from getting too much moisture causing mold. The best part the new fans are so quiet!
3.Making the toilet the focal point.
Typically, the toilet should be in a separate closed off space. If this is not possible then be sure its placed in a non-conspicuous area so that it is not the first thing you see when you open the door.
4.Unrealistic expectations.
You can’t believe everything you see on TV now days. Most design shows create unrealistic expectations for budget and job schedules. Bathroom remodels can have quite a range in pricing depending on both the type of bath, size and material selections. With the current remodeling boom we are seeing longer lead times on both materials and subcontractors. Plan ahead for your project and order material as early in the process as you can.
5.Not enough lighting flexibility.
It is best to have a least two different lighting types in a bathroom. You should have general lighting as well as task lighting. If you’re lighting a guest bathroom ambient lighting is important as well. Dimmers give you lots of flexibility to create different moods. You’re day time lighting for your guest bath should look completely different from your evening entertaining light level.
