From there, we create a preliminary estimate that includes drawings and general design direction to create a preliminary budget to be reviewed with you. Upon approval, we present a final construction budget where the scope of work, plans, and materials are all specified. These costs are included in the following situations.
The Design-Build Process for custom kitchen remodels
Our custom design-build process allows us to give you an accurate budget estimate sooner than traditional methods. Our design team will work closely with you to discuss design ideas that fit your budget and design needs. These are a few ideas that we might suggest for a kitchen design:
- Custom kitchen cabinets with built-in pull out organizers for accessible storage space
- Removing walls to open kitchen to dining and living areas
- Kitchen islands for casual dining areas and additional prep space
- Energy-efficient LED light fixtures that provide ample lighting
In some cases, we might be able to salvage existing cabinets and just replace or resurface the fronts. As we’ve said before, each situation is unique so we offer a range of costs for each option. Small kitchens won’t need as many materials as a large kitchen. Even the cost of kitchen appliances can vary greatly depending on your tastes.

At this level a kitchen remodel would include new quartz countertops, sink, faucets, lighting, and custom cabinets. New tile backsplash and under-cabinet lighting are other options for kitchens at this level. This budget estimate range applies to smaller kitchens that do not require walls to be opened or plumbing and electrical to be moved.
LEVEL II – Full Renovation
Full Renovation – Estimated cost: $150,000 to $175,000

At this range, our designers will create a new layout that exceeds your expectations and fits your specific needs and tastes. Your kitchen will undergo a full “gut” renovation with new plumbing and electrical. Some options could include moving appliances and fixtures, opening walls, adding an island or peninsula, and changing window configuration.
LEVEL III – Dream Kitchen Remodel
Dream Kitchen – Estimated cost: $175,000 to $250,000
Transforming your dream kitchen into reality can be one of the most rewarding investments for your home. Kitchens at this level will be transformed into a chef’s or entertainer’s dream with high quality and custom options. We give you everything you want – and need – in a dream kitchen.
