Jenny Haynes

Jenny Haynes is an Oregon native and graduate of Oregon State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and Housing Studies with a minor in Renewable Materials. Her academic background, coupled with a lifelong connection to the Pacific Northwest, has shaped her approach to design—one that emphasizes thoughtful craftsmanship, environmental consideration, and enduring quality.

Jenny brings a robust and diverse background in residential design-build, with particular expertise in navigating structurally challenging and technically complex projects. She is known for her ability to collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop creative, buildable solutions that enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Whether working within the constraints of aging structures, reconfiguring load-bearing systems, or integrating modern design elements into existing frameworks, Jenny’s problem-solving skills and technical discernment consistently guide projects to successful outcomes.

Since joining Metke Remodeling & Luxury Homes in 2016, Jenny has steadily advanced through the organization, taking on increasing levels of responsibility and leadership. Her dedication to her craft, commitment to project excellence, and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams culminated in her appointment as Director. In this role, she upholds Metke’s values of teamwork, accountability, and excellence while ensuring each project reflects the company’s high standards and client-focused approach.
